Our rental services include:

Collection of cottage booking deposits of 1/3 of the rent upon booking and the balance of the rent four weeks before the rental begins

Collection of security/damage deposits four weeks before the rental begins

Disbursement of rent to cottage owners on the start date of the rental

"Showing" of properties to prospective renters through photos, video clips and where possible in person

Promotion of rental availability through several websites

Preparing detailed description and taking photographs of your cottage and keeping them up to date

Answering inquiries and fielding all questions about your cottage

Key control (pick up and drop off at the Gravenhurst office)

Screening applicants through our application while binding them to our "Terms and Conditions" of the rental

Execution of rental agreements between the cottage owner and renter

Liaison between tradespeople, renters and owners in the event of a mechanical problem at the property
-
On request, personally showing cottage properties (if we have access, enough staff in the office and for longer term rentals)
