• Collection of security/damage deposits
• Disbursement of rent to cottage owners on the start date of the rental
• "Showing" of properties to prospective renters through DVD virtual tours and photos
• Promotion of rental availability through several websites
• Answering inquiries about your cottage
• Key control (pick up and drop off at the office)
• Execution of rental agreements between the cottage owner and renter
• Liaison between tradespeople, renters and owners in the event of a mechanical problem at the property
• On request, personally showing cottage properties (if we have access and with seasonal rentals only)
