PAYMENT SCHEDULES

The payment due dates vary based on how far ahead you are making your vacation booking.

1. For vacation rentals starting more than 4 weeks ahead
A booking deposit for Muskoka cottages is due either upon initial submission of your application form and rental agreement, or, immediately after we verbally confirm your booking. The booking deposit consists of 1/3 of the total rent and must be accompanied with the Renter/Owner Agreement, the $75 admin fee and a post dated cheque for the balance due. You may combine the balance of the rent and security deposit on one cheque. All monies collected are cashed and deposited into our Trust Account and do not collect interest.

2. For rentals starting less than 4 weeks ahead
Full payment must be sent with the application form and rental agreement, including the total rent amount and the security deposit (can be combined on one cheque). For rentals starting less than one week ahead, cheque payments must be certified, cash, or, you may wire transfer a payment directly to our bank. Please call us for details on how to do this.
