General/Area Description

Lot/Waterfront Description

Lot is level to the water. Shore has a wide sand beach for children. Wade out for quite distance on a hard sand bottom. Great for young children. L shaped dock to sit with lawn chairs or to moor your boat. Water is shallow so you will probably need to tilt the motor on your boat. Lovely lake view from a two level deck along the front of the cottage.  Hot tub is excluded from rentals. Cottage is just a few cottages down from Kirby's Beach where it is possible to take your children. This cottage is presently used as a year round home and is located very close to cottage # 1794 and not far from # 1685 also on our site. Note: this cottage has only been viewed in the winter. Owner reports that there may be some construction two lots down from the cottage this summer. Note: hanging flowers shown in the photo may not be there.
