Three Mile Lake is a large lake just north of the Town of Bracebridge and East of Windermere. This modern five bedroom cottage is situated on a pretty lot and offers a lovely wide open island lake view. Scenic terrain and easy access to the water. Two levels include a family room with walk-out. Modern kitchen with stainless steel stove, fridge and dishwasher. Cottage rents Friday to Friday only. In the low season cottage rents for $ 750 + $ 300 security deposit for two nights.

Lot/Waterfront Description

Three Mile Lake is very scenic with lots of islands and hills. Ample room for all kinds of boating. Deck at the front of the cottage has a lovely lake view, lots of room to sit. Easy path of gravel/railroad ties slopes to the water from the cottage. Step from rocky shore and wade out to deeper water. Good size dock for a boat. Deep at the end of the dock. Deck at the shore to sit and enjoy the view and water activities. Lot is natural and treed.
