General/Area Description

This Lake Rosseau cottage is located near the Village of Windermere and not far from Port Carling for shopping, golfing and a scenic boat lock. A pretty property with a stone patio, fire pit and lovely south west lake view. Cottage has four bedrooms, a stone fireplace, all the appliances and is decorated with many collectibles. For those with young children there is a hard ripple sand shore with some shallow water. Owner prefers 2 week rentals running from Friday to Friday.  New (2012) hard packed stone driveway to door.

Lot/Waterfront Description

Lot is treed with some grass. Gentle slope to the water where you dock you boat at the side of the boat port and swim in deeper water or step off the dock at the shore onto a hard ripple sand bottom and wade out. Water is shallow here and you may need to tilt your motor. The stone patio at the side of the cottage or the deck at the front of the cottage on the lake side is a great place to sit and enjoy the south west lake view. Note: the deck has open rails for young children.

Loft overlooks the lr/dr/kit - ladder to loft, db mattress on floor. 4BEDR - (1) carpet, db (2) carpet, db (3) carpet, qb (4) tbb, carpet. 2BATH - (1)  new toilet, sink, accessories,  with slate floor plus pine vanity with vessel sink (2) oak vanity, slate floor, pine ceiling, toilet, sink, bath(slate wall).
