Lot/Waterfront Description

Lot is treed and quite level. Shore near the cottage is rock which slopes into the water. Deep water from the dock or walk down the shore to a sand area where there is a small strip of sand above the water. Here you can wade out on hard ripple sand. Because of the location on the island, the property has multiple exposures. A fire pit is available for evening. Deck at the front and rear of the cottage with a water views. Cottage sits very close to the water. Lake Rosseau has very clear water, great for swimming. New dock 2007.
