A good location for those interested in attending the fall "Cranberry Festival". A cozy, comfortable cottage with lots of good features. A glass window-wall provides a bright atmosphere. A treed deck at cottage level provides almost total privacy with partial water view. A huge sun deck on top of boathouse provides a superb, island-studded, wide-open view up Bala Bay. Cottage has lovely oak flooring and a propane stove. This is an all season cottage. Low season weekends are $ 230 per night.

Lot/Waterfront Description

A pretty lot, mostly natural woods with some lawn area at the front and side of cottage. Approx. 145' waterfront, mostly a rocky shore. Boathouse/waterfront reached via 48 steps. Steps have railing on one side. Deep water swimming from boathouse deck/dock. Interior boathouse slip is excluded. Cottage road runs in behind hwy going into Bala.
